Why “Spearheaders”?

Spearheaders™ was founded in 2004 by a group of professionals specifically to bridge the gap between abstract business theories and practical business sense. The founders, who are a group of seasoned professionals, come from different backgrounds – Management Consulting, Engineering, Financial management, Risk management, Banking, Human Resources Management, Corporate Training etc. Further, almost all of them have at some time in the past worked in a company and had been a “user”, as opposed to a “consultant”. The obvious advantage of this being their ability to empathise with you and they will understand your needs better than the so called ‘pure’ consultant.

Not surprisingly therefore most of our clients feel that we are their partners rather than consultants.
