Spearheaders™ was founded in 2004 by a group of professionals specifically to bridge the gap between abstract business theories and practical business sense. The founders, who are a group of seasoned professionals, come from different backgrounds – Management Consulting, Engineering, Financial management, Risk management, Banking, Human Resources Management, Corporate Training etc. Further, almost all of them have at some time in the past worked in a company and had been a “user”, as opposed to a “consultant”.
